note:
* Check the oil level of the vacuum pump before using the new machine, it shouldn't be lower than 1/2 of the observation hole, and the maximum shouldn't exceed 3/4 of the observation hole.
* The vacuum pump oil should be replaced every 250 hours. When the oil is mixed with water or other impurities, the vacuum pump oil should be replaced at once.
* Regularly replace the vacuum pump oil can effectively prolong the service life of vacuum pump
* The vacuum pump exhaust filter should be replaced regularly according to the usage, and it’s recommended to check or replace it every 500 hours.
* please use the vacuum pump special oil for single-stage rotary vane that meets standard ISO-V46# viscosity grade and the synthetic vacuum pump oil of the same grade.
